Costs for renting space

The ultimate factor in deciding to house your business at DDEC is always going to be cost, which is why we have tried to keep charges to the absolute minimum and come up with some fantastic rates with a number of different payment and contract options so that you can choose what suits your business the best.

The workshops all differ slightly in size so there are slightly different charges for each ranging from £3,813 for the 10.8m² offices (per year) to £4,556 for the largest office at 15.4m²; that works out to be an average monthly rent of around £320.

You can choose whether you want to pay Weekly, Monthly or Annually.

Be sure to come and visit DDEC and have someone talk through the different costing and benefits of each of the individual units.
