• At the enterprise centre we have a number of rental units ideal for housing your business. They vary slightly inside but each could comfortably fit at least 2 desks along side any other office furniture you might have.

• As the Centre is brand new you have all the modern features you’d expect, each office has hard wired and wireless network and internet access. We have phone systems available which are based on a new internet based telephony technology which means seriously low phone bills.

• One of the main selling points is obviously that fact that moving your business here means that you now have a prestigious Pride Park address – the difference this makes to the perception of your business is profound. The really good news is that you won’t be paying Pride Park rents – as a Social Enterprise we can, and do, offer one of the most competitive rates in the whole City making the Enterprise Centre excellent value for money

• When you make contact with the centre for support we will have a conversation about your business needs, where you’re coming from, where you aiming for, and then help you identify the best source of support for your needs.

• On top of this we can arrange support, training sessions, presentations and workshops for businesses, whether you’re based in the centre or not. Hot Desking, Virtual Offices and meeting space

• Depending on what level your business is at you may not be ready to take up actual office space – but you may want somewhere that isn’t your spare bedroom to hold a meeting or plough through paperwork. You may want to get the benefit of having a Pride Park Postal address – you may want a fax number or use of a scanner and photocopier.

• HOT DESK and MEETING ROOMS

• • We have two small offices which can double as meeting rooms and are available to rent on an hourly basis to make it easy and cost effective for you to get the most out of the Enterprise Centre whatever stage you’re at.
